The short version: Prompaty gives you prompt text. What you do with it, and what an AI tool does with it, is yours to own and check.

1. What Prompaty is
Prompaty is a prompt-building website. It asks you structured questions and assembles the answers into a text prompt you can copy.
Prompaty does not generate presentations, spreadsheets, images, websites, carousels or videos. Those are produced by whichever third-party AI tool you choose to paste the prompt into. Prompaty is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for those tools.
2. Using the site
You may use Prompaty for personal and commercial work. You may use, edit and publish the prompts you generate without crediting Prompaty.
You may not scrape, resell or redistribute the keyword library, its images, or the Learn articles as your own product, and you may not use the site to produce unlawful, deceptive or infringing material.
3. Your content
Anything you type into a builder stays in your browser's local storage. Prompaty has no server-side account, no database of your answers and no upload step. Do not paste passwords, payment details or confidential data you would not want stored on your own device.
You keep all rights to the content you enter and to the prompts you generate. How data is handled is described on the Privacy page.
4. Results and accuracy
AI tools make mistakes. A well-structured prompt reduces them; it does not remove them. Always check facts, figures, names and claims in whatever an AI produces before you publish or rely on it.
Prompaty gives no warranty that a prompt will produce any particular result, and accepts no liability for decisions taken on the basis of AI output.
5. Keyword library and imagery
The image keyword visuals are supplied for reference on this site so you can see what a term looks like. They are not a stock library and are not licensed for redistribution or resale.
Keyword descriptions are plain definitions of established photographic, cinematographic and design vocabulary.
6. Availability and changes
The site is provided as it is. Pages, builders and keyword packs may change, move or be withdrawn. We will keep this page current when the terms themselves change.
